I am greatly satisfied with both the solar product and personnel who provided this product. From the initial contact with Tim (owner) through the complete process from start to finish I found that all of those at Smit's provided the highest degree of professionalism, complete knowledge of the product, as well as "going the extra mile" to ensure that I was treated in a fair and courteous manner. I was extremely impressed that in discussing my project with Tim there arose an opportunity for him to "over engineer" on a particular issue which would have been beneficial to him and of no benefit to me. Sadly to say, it seems that a consumer these days has to be constantly on guard as to not be taken advantage of when upon entering into any transaction. My experience with Smit's has shown to me that this is a business operating on the highest ethical standards and is able to restore a consumer's confidence. My daughter also had an occasion to deal with Smit's as she replaced her HVAC system and her satisfaction with them mirrors my attitude. I would highly recommend Smit's to anyone contemplating the need for the services that they provide.
