This is the second HVAC system I have had Smit’s install for me. Most recently I had a heat pump split system installed. Tim came out and provided estimates for three system configurations. Installation was scheduled without incident. Work began with a site visit by Austin the day before scheduled installation. Austin, Dylan and Adrian all showed on time and had the unit installed within 4 hours. Overall a great experience. Excellent crew who left the place cleaner than when they arrived. System works beautifully. I would highly recommend Smit’s if you are in need of an HVAC system.

Smits Solar Heating & Air is the best! I just had my HVAC replaced and from the original service call to completion of a new system was the BEST service I have EVER had. Everyone at this company is very courteous, helpful, professional and very very wonderful to work with. They were very punctual and delivered exactly what they promised. Although I was without ac for 2 days, they made sure I was very comfortable with a portable ac and completed the job in the time that was promised. They were also very kind to my two animals. I will be a forever customer and highly recommend them for the services they offer!!!!!!!

I was getting quotes, and I liked that the business owner came out when I called Smit's, and not a sales person or estimator. Tim knows his stuff, and was patient and thorough while he was at our house. We hired Smit's to update our 45 year old system, but it wasn't cooling the house on hot days. We contacted Tim about the problem. Tim didn't try to shift blame or stall around. He was only concerned with a solution, and at the end of the day we have a very comfortable living space. Wow! I am so impressed! We got bids from 4 different companies to help us get air conditioning installed in our home and weren’t sure which type of unit we wanted to go with. Tim was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable of all the people we met. He helped us to understand all the options and choose the most efficient one for us and our lifestyle. When we got the bid and the price was FAR lower than any of the others it was a no brainer. No only did they do an excellent job but they started and completed the job earlier than expected. My air conditioning stopped cooling during a heat wave, and I was repeatedly being told that the problem couldn't be found and I would just have to buy a new $16,000 system. But my gut kept telling me that the issue had to be a repair or a blockage problem. Then I called Smit's, and they suspected the same thing, which turned out to be a common problem. Jack came out, explained every step, and quickly found what was wrong. I can't thank him enough. We were saved from suffering through more heat, and the stress of trying to figure out what to do and whom to trust. My older a/c system still functions pretty well, and I know now that I won't have to replace it for a while. But when I do, it will be through Smit's, an hvac company you can trust.

Smits and their team do a fantastic job! We were having cool air coming through the air duct when it is supposed to be blowing hot air here during the winter, I called them and they came out immediately and fixed the problem with no sales pitch or pressure to upgrade unlike other companies. I’m sure they would know when to recommend new equipment when needed but they focused on diagnosing the problem immediately. They are true genuine, hard-working people that don’t waste your time or take advantage of you. They get the job done and for a very competitive price.
