This is the second HVAC system I have had Smit’s install for me. Most recently I had a heat pump split system installed. Tim came out and provided estimates for three system configurations. Installation was scheduled without incident. Work began with a site visit by Austin the day before scheduled installation. Austin, Dylan and Adrian all showed on time and had the unit installed within 4 hours. Overall a great experience. Excellent crew who left the place cleaner than when they arrived. System works beautifully. I would highly recommend Smit’s if you are in need of an HVAC system.

My air conditioning stopped cooling during a heat wave, and I was repeatedly being told that the problem couldn't be found and I would just have to buy a new $16,000 system. But my gut kept telling me that the issue had to be a repair or a blockage problem. Then I called Smit's, and they suspected the same thing, which turned out to be a common problem. Jack came out, explained every step, and quickly found what was wrong. I can't thank him enough. We were saved from suffering through more heat, and the stress of trying to figure out what to do and whom to trust. My older a/c system still functions pretty well, and I know now that I won't have to replace it for a while. But when I do, it will be through Smit's, an hvac company you can trust.

We were having cool air coming through the air duct when it is supposed to be blowing hot air here during the winter, I called them and they came out immediately and fixed the problem with no sales pitch or pressure to upgrade unlike other companies.
