I've used Smits consistently since I moved to Folsom 7 years ago - they installed my new heating and a/c system in 2019 and have been providing annual maintenance since. They've also installed a new thermostat. And prior to my move to Folsom, I used them for many years in Cameron Park (they installed my system there as well). They're thorough and efficient. All staff have always been customer-oriented, and Seth has been phenomenal !!
