We were just about to do a major upgrade to our heat pump when we had a garage fire and lost our electrical panel. Seth could not get a hold of us via our land line so after a few attempts he asked a technician, who was going to be in the area, to check on us. I was amazed. They have been so incredibly helpful and professional taking care of getting our heat pump cleaned and up and running after the fire.
