Our family moved up to Placerville in 1990s to a 5 acre horse ranch that we converted into a llama breeding & training ranch along with our day time jobs. Original heating etc provided by Swamp Cooler outside - we're from Ohio/MI - what was Swamp Cooler ? Worked for some time but at last service was determined new system needed. Went to the Home Show that was conveniently the next week - talked to several providers but got best sounding when we talked to representative from Smitt's - Wanted to get updated system -appt made - done quickly. Turned out to be major endeavor since current system was under the house and space too shallow & "mother - in-law attached apt not connected to previous . Ended up having to get a huge crane to mount on the roof - We have the maintenance program - a positive is that every Tech we've had has been on time - professional & usually have the same tech each time for continuity. We've Had Jack over last couple seasons - & now Jay Tech - Smitt's has been there when ever a "glitch" does but rarely needs creative solutions - Would highly recommend to anyone who wants consistent - reliable systems performance.
