We have been on the maintenance program through at least two of our houses (at least 10 years or more). We get comprehensive reports on our equipment with every periodic inspection. Of the one or two parts replacements there has never feel that we were taken advantage of and the need to replace those parts was explained in detail, along with the reasons to do the replacement. The company keeps its employees long term so we know the one or two techs. that do our inspections and they are both very polite and fully explain their inspection results. Because we get to know the tech's it feels like an "old school" type business where you know the people that are working for Smit's I have found Seth to be very flexible and helpful in considering our needs. Smit's did the hvac. work on our present house when we bought and modeled it. We are completely satisfied with their design and installation of ducts and returns and etc. Basically..the company has been first rate for us and we would recommend it highly.
