I was getting quotes, and I liked that the business owner came out when I called Smit's, and not a sales person or estimator. Tim knows his stuff, and was patient and thorough while he was at our house. We hired Smit's to update our 45 year old system, but it wasn't cooling the house on hot days. We contacted Tim about the problem. Tim didn't try to shift blame or stall around. He was only concerned with a solution, and at the end of the day we have a very comfortable living space. Highly Recommend!
