Smits and their team do a fantastic job! We were having cool air coming through the air duct when it is supposed to be blowing hot air here during the winter, I called them and they came out immediately and fixed the problem with no sales pitch or pressure to upgrade unlike other companies. I’m sure they would know when to recommend new equipment when needed but they focused on diagnosing the problem immediately. They are true genuine, hard-working people that don’t waste your time or take advantage of you. They get the job done and for a very competitive price. From the initial contact with Tim (owner) through the complete process from start to finish I found that all of those at Smit's provided the highest degree of professionalism, complete knowledge of the product, as well as "going the extra mile" to ensure that I was treated in a fair and courteous manner. I was extremely impressed that in discussing my project with Tim there arose an opportunity for him to "over engineer" on a particular issue which would have been beneficial to him and of no benefit to me.
